1. Go to Start -> Control Panel
2. Go to “Display”
3. Click on “Set custom text size (DPI)”
4. Select size as percent
Then select OK to close this windows. Click on “Apply” and that should be it.

My problem is not solved using above.
My problem is the characters appear blurred no matter which screen resolution I use.
The default is 1920×1080 & even after using the clear type wizard the type has a halo around it & is not black.
Also it is too small, doing your adjustments simply displays the type, in some instances bigger but still blurred?
