We know that better solution ask for better communication and understanding. In case of computer problems the faster and easier solution to your problems is live support. This is why we want to offer some of our time to meet you live and find a solution together.

At this time we can offer you just 10 hours per week – one hour per day between Monday and Friday and 5hours in the weekend. We also have a well defined working hours so we kindly ask you to sign up for an appointment. Bellow you can find our calendar: boxes marked in green are the hours available for live support.

If someone make an appointment then we will change the time interval from Available Live to Busy Live and this change will be notice in our calendar as a red colored box. Appointments can be made at least 12 hours before the desired time and must be confirmed by us via email. If we don’t have any appointments and we are Available Live then you can contact us immediately.
