Hello, Hope all is well. Last week my computer was completely infected, i decided to restore it to factory settings but now i am trying to put in my Adobe cd's to upload the programs but the computer is not reading the disk. I was having issues buring dvd's previously to the restore i am wondering if it is still infected or should i do something else?

    You can try using other computer to copy your disk on a usb drive (usb drives are more reliable).
    Also, check your computer with an anti-virus program to be sure you are safe.
